Whether you place an order or ask for a recommendation, every effort will be made by our friendly, trained staff to meet your individual needs.

Accounts

We will gladly open a charge account for churches. On the first order, we ask that you pay by check or with credit card. After furnishing us with customer information and your tax-exempt number, we will then open an account for you to charge your purchases. If you are ordering for a church through the online store and would like the order to be charged to that church's account, please call us at 1-800-423-1648 so we can set up a WEB Username and Password for you. The Website only lets you charge if you have an account opened and in good standing. All open accounts not paid within 45 days of receipt of the statement will be charged 1% per month carrying charges and are subject to forfeiture of charge privileges.

Return Procedures

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return merchandise within 30 days of the billing date on your invoice. Wrap the merchandise securely, using the original carton if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice and tell us why you are returning the merchandise. Add insurance to all packages that you return; we cannot be responsible for their receipt. Credit will be applied to your next order or refunded upon request. (A 10% restocking fee will be added to every return order.) Unless material is faulty upon receipt, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise, please call us immediately so that we may assist you. Do not discard any of the wrappings.

Shipping Charges - USPS Charges Listed Below

* Hymnals, communion cups, and international shipments do not qualify for free shipping. Please contact us for a quote on shipping these types of orders. We work diligently to pass on savings whenever possible.

We ship your merchandise the most economical way possible. Our normal method of shipping is USPS Media Mail. However, at your request, we can send merchandise in a variety of ways. If you need expedited shipping, international shipping, or have any other specific requests, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you.

Store Pickup

Items ordered online can be picked up at the store for FREE! On the checkout page under How would you like to receive your order? select 'Pickup Order'. We will send you emails with updates on your order's status as they become available.

State Sales Tax

If you are ordering within the state of Florida, state sales tax must be calculated and added to your order. The sales tax in our county is currently 7.5%.

Special Services

Imprinting of books and Bibles is available at a charge of $10 for (18 letters including spaces). Rebinding of Bibles can also be done through our store. Call us for prices.

Price Changes

When costs increase due to circumstances beyond our control, price increases will become necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will do our best to maintain the most updated information, and we will honor prices on items where we failed to inform the customer of an increase.

Materials Included Not An Endorsement

The descriptive comments about books in this online store are often taken directly from the publisher’s catalog. Just because a product is included in this store does not mean that Florida College endorses its contents. We carry a wide variety of materials from a variety of vendors and publishers. It is the responsibility of the consumer to weigh the value of these products. One must frequently separate the "wheat" from the "chaff" in religious publications. We do make an effort to be discerning, and many religious publications are rejected by the Florida College Bookstore because of their content. Nevertheless, what to include and not include is often a difficult subjective determination.

Filling a Back Order

Occasionally we are unable to fill your order with every item you have requested. If we are out of stock and need to order the item from our supplier, we generally choose to wait until the missing item is received so that we can ship all the items together; this lessens your shipping expense. If you would like to receive everything that is in stock immediately, let us know. We will ship the backordered product as soon as we receive it at the least expensive shipping rate possible.
